Payment, cancellation, and rescheduling terms

1. Program components

The total price consists of an online component valued at $2,000 MXN and an in-person component valued at $3,000 MXN.

2. Payment options

You may pay $5,000 MXN in a single payment or make an initial payment of $2,500 MXN and pay the remaining $2,500 MXN.

3. Scholarships, promotions, and discounts

Benefits cannot be combined. Any valid code requires the resulting amount to be paid in one payment; installments are disabled. A 100% scholarship requires no bank transfer and remains subject to administrative validation.

4. Reserving a place

Registration generates a reference number but does not reserve a place. Your place is reserved after REASEL validates the corresponding payment.

For new requests with payment instructions, you have 24 hours to make the bank transfer and personally upload your payment receipt on the website. You do not need prior authorization to pay. The receipt remains under review, and your place is confirmed when REASEL verifies receipt of the funds.

If you do not complete the process within that period, the request expires and the place becomes available again. You may reactivate the same reference number subject to availability. If you have already paid, do not repeat the transfer: contact REASEL with your reference number. Previous registrations retain the deadline communicated to them.

Dates awaiting authorization from the venue accept expressions of interest only, without payment or a 24-hour deadline. Neither the date nor a place is guaranteed.

5. Balance deadline

If you choose installments, the balance must be paid in full 14 calendar days before the in-person session. After the deadline, an additional 48 hours are allowed before the place is released.

6. Initial cancellation

You may request cancellation and a full refund within the first five business days after entering into the agreement.

7. Unpaid balance

If the balance is not paid within the deadline and additional grace period, the place may be released. The online component retains its value, and the unused amount of the in-person component may be refunded or retained as credit, depending on the service status.

8. Early rescheduling

A rescheduling request made at least 15 calendar days in advance may be granted once at no cost, subject to availability.

9. Late rescheduling

Later requests, release of a place for nonpayment, or nonattendance may incur an administrative fee of $500 MXN, in addition to any outstanding balance and price difference.

10. Force majeure

REASEL may waive the administrative fee in cases of hospitalization, a medical emergency, death of an immediate family member, or another documented force majeure situation.

11. Cancellation by REASEL

If REASEL permanently cancels a course, you may choose rescheduling at no cost or request a refund of the corresponding payments.

12. Invoicing

An invoice may be requested using the form specified by REASEL. Participants must provide complete and accurate tax information.
