The main call is for Mexico, but international interest will not be lost. We will register interested professionals by country to connect them with existing sites, form groups and develop new national pathways under REASEL's academic and methodological guidance.

The interested-professionals database will help build critical mass, identify leaders, connect host institutions and construct a Provider–Instructor–Supervised Practice pathway.
Registering interest does not guarantee the immediate opening of a site, course or instructor position. It enables us to organize the right people and build each process responsibly.

ENTRY PATHWAYS
Two pathways. The same accreditation standard.
We are committed to identifying candidates with the greatest potential, even when they have not yet completed the prior online and in-person QxALS training. An integrated pathway preserves every requirement and may conclude, after each stage is passed, with validation as a QxALS Instructor.
You are already a QxALS provider
$7,500 MXN
Virtual instructor training, an in-person day, two supervised teaching practices, assessment and support.
Payment 1: $3,750 upon formally accepting the position. Payment 2: $3,750 before internal materials are released and the instructor-specific phase begins.
- The full amount is not required at the outset.
- The second payment occurs only after acceptance and before access to protected content.
You still need to complete QxALS
$12,500 MXN
The process is divided into stages. QxALS Adulto provider training is completed first; after passing it, instructor training is activated.
Stage 1: QxALS Adulto, $5,000 MXN. Stage 2: instructor training, $7,500 MXN in two payments of $3,750.
- You do not have to pay $12,500 MXN at once.
- Access to internal instructor materials begins after passing QxALS as a provider.
- REASEL may agree on an individualized schedule for selected profiles.
TRAINING
How your training will work
Estimated individual duration: between 6 and 12 months.This does not mean twelve months of continuous classes. The period includes virtual preparation, practice in real courses, site availability, assessment and possible remediation activities.
Virtual QxALS preparation
Program knowledge and, when applicable, completion of the online provider component.
In-person provider day
Experience the course as a participant and demonstrate the corresponding competencies.
Virtual instructor training
REASEL methodology, simulation, teaching, assessment, debriefing, confidentiality and intellectual property.
In-person instructor day
Microteaching, operations, scenarios, software, feedback, assessment and remediation.
First supervised practice
Guided participation in a real course with objectives and structured feedback.
Second supervised practice
Progressively autonomous performance in stations, scenarios, assessment and debriefing.
Accreditation assessment
Clinical, teaching, operational, professional and methodological evaluation.
Remediation when needed
One additional practice is included when progress is present and a specific area needs strengthening.

PAID TEACHING WORK
After you are accredited as a QxALS Instructor, your work is paid.
The investment is already explained in the two entry pathways. Here we present exclusively how teaching work is recognized after training and accreditation have been completed successfully.
CURRENT FEES
Each course has one QxALS Course Coordinator and may include one or more QxALS Instructors.
Coordination is a role assigned for a specific edition. It is not a permanent category or separate hierarchy within the teaching team.
During training and supervised practices, expenses are the candidate's responsibility unless written authorization states otherwise. When an accredited instructor is called to work outside their city, REASEL will cover previously authorized expenses.
