Founder and institutional leadership
Dr. Rafael Eduardo Herrera Elizalde
A pediatric cardiovascular anesthesiologist with advanced training in congenital heart disease. Founder and director of REASEL and director of CLREASE. He has dedicated a decade to designing resuscitation programs for witnessed and monitored crises whose management depends profoundly on context.
